At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Carl Metzger Jr.
Former St. Marys resident Carl Metzger Jr., 79, of Sebring, Fla., died Dec. 16, 2007, at Florida Hospital, Orlando.
He was born May 17, 1928, in Columbus, to Carl and Mabel Smart Metzger. On Dec. 23, 1950, he married Beatrice Overley, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Dennis (Emma), St. Marys; two daughters, Connie (Eldon Jr.) Stolzenburg and Annemarie (Robert) Stolzenburg, all of St. Marys; a brother, Joseph (Ivy), Wapakoneta; a sister, Sally (Donet) Shaw, Wapakoneta; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Jim, Jerry and Franklin; and a sister, Flossie Minnich.
He retired as a production worker at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys. A U.S. Navy veteran, he was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars, both of St. Marys, and the Computer Club of Sebring.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial is at Resthaven Memory Gardens, St. Marys.
Calling is after 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
