* WHEN...From 10 AM to 10 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

A dandelion was in bloom Wednesday as sunny skies and temperatures hit 46 degrees. Today will be mostly cloudy with a high of 38, according to local weather forecaster Dennis Howick. Friday will be mostly cloudy with rain and a high of 40.
