* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Given the saturated ground, additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Victoria H. Albers
Victoria H. Albers, 93, 45 S. Main Street, Fort Loramie, died at 3:50 p.m., Dec. 26, 2007, at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney.
She was born Feb. 5, 1914 in Fort Loramie to William J. and Magdelina Seiters Borchers. On Oct. 23, 1937, she married John B. Albers, who died Dec. 11, 1992.  
Surviving are two sons, John "Bucky" (Judy), Centerville, and Paul (Sandy), Minster; two daughters, Madeline (James) Maurer, Fort Loramie, and Pat (Doug) Lockard, Huber Heights; a sister-in-law, Esther Borchers, Fort Loramie; 13 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Kathy; a sister, Germaine Borchers; and four brothers, Joseph, William H., Carl, and Tom Borchers.
She was a kindergarten aide for Fort Loramie Schools and a longtime church organist at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Fort Loramie. She was a member of the church and its St. Ann Rosary and Altar Sodality. She was a member of Knights of St. John Auxiliary 184, and American Legion Auxiliary 355. She was an honorary member of Beta Kappa Chapter and the Delta Kappa Gamma Society for Women Educators. She was a member of the Long Community Chapter of American Business Women's Association.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials can be made to the church building fund.
