At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Jerold Meyer
Former Anna resident Jerold G. Meyer, 41, died at 7 p.m. Jan. 3, 2008, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster, where he lived for 5 1/2 years.
He was born Jan. 22, 1966, in Sidney, to John Meyer and Phyllis Watercutter-Poeppelman. His mother survives in Egypt.
Other survivors are four brothers, Tim (Karen) Magoto, Fort Loramie, Gregory (Krista) Meyer, Anna, Mark (Amy) Poeppelman, Egypt, and Steve Poeppelman, Minster; and four sisters, Barbara (Scott) Gaier, Anna, Jane (Ron) Meier, Maria Stein, Kathy (Mark) Will, Fort Recovery, and Carol (Tim) Will, Egypt.
A step-father, Clem Poeppelman Jr., is deceased.
He worked at Airstream Inc., Jackson Center, and was a farmer. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, both of McCartyville.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Revs. Patrick Welsh and Larry Wyen officiating. Burial is at St. Patrick Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the Neurofibromatosis Foundation and State of the Heart Home Health and Hospice.
