Accutech Films, Inc., 620 Hardin St., Coldwater, has been sold to Clondalkin Group, based in Ireland. The new owners U.S. headquarters is in Philadelphia. Nick Ruchty, who previously owned the company with partner Bill Barga, will stay on as CEO.
