Ethel Racine
Ethel R. Racine, 92, formerly of 1100 Myers Road, Celina, died at 2:35 p.m. Jan. 6, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born April 23, 1915, in Van Wert County to Lester Earl and Clara Belle Boroff Geyer.
Surviving are a daughter, Betty Jean (Leroy) Kluver, Celina; a brother, Glen Geyer, Spencerville, Ind.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Carol Ann Morgan Bruns; and a brother, Gerald Geyer.
She was a businesswoman who owned and operated motels and apartments in Marion, Fort Wayne and Bryant, Ind. She was a member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.
