* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.

New construction

Work continues on the construction of Celina's new water treatment plant on South Main Street during the balmy weather early this week. The new treatment facilitiy, when completed, will produce water that meets Ohio Environmental Pollution Agency (EPA) mandated standards.
