* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Clara Albright
Clara Albright, 85, 792 Coventry Green, St. Marys, died at 6 a.m. Jan. 11, 2008, at Valley Nursing Home, St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 27, 1922, in St. Marys, to Ed and Lydia Schrolucke Heil. On April 7, 1943, she married Robert Albright, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Craig (Dottie), St. Marys; two daughters, Deb Tester, Moulton, and Kim (Carl) Fortman, St. Marys; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers; six sisters; and a son-in-law, Thomas Tester.
She was a homemaker and a 1940 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, St. Marys.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Joy Miller officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
