Jorden Stelzer gives his sailboat one last blow to the finish line during the St. Henry Scout Pack 101 regatta race at the village's American Legion hall on Monday night. Scouts create their own boats prior to race night, then use their own "wind power" to push their watercraft from one end of the water-filled spouting to the other.
