* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Lake resident Nancy Otis speaks to Mercer County commisioners about silt buildup along the northern shore at Harbor Point. Commissioners said they will talk to officials at Grand Lake St. Marys State Park about the possibility of leasing county land at the Harbor Point 4-H Camp to place lake dredge material on, but gave no encouragement it would go beyond talking.
