Lawrence Brosher
Lawrence "Junior" Brosher, 78, Ansonia, died at 9:15 p.m. Jan. 22, 2008, at his residence.
He was born in Rossburg to Lawrence Sheridan and Virgie Stump Brosher. In June 1953, he married Evelyn L. Journey, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Rick (Trish), Celina; three brothers, Bob, Florida, Ivan, Texas, and Bill, Celina; a sister, Kay Smith, Union City, Ind.; one grandson and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Joseph; and two sisters, Faye Brosher and Peggy Padgett.
He retired from Fort Recovery Industries, had owned Brosher's Used Cars and helped his wife with Brosher's Upholstery. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army in Korea. He had served as pastor at the Pentecostal Assembly Church in Union City and Mountain Assembly Church of God in Greenville.
Services are 1 p.m. Saturday, at the First Assembly of God, Greenville, the Revs. Rick Brosher and Dale Boeger officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow at Teegarden Cemetery, Ansonia.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville.
