At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Injury accident

A heavily damaged 2003 Dodge Caravan awaits a tow truck following an accident at 9:17 a.m. Wednesday along St. Joe Road, west of Erastus-Durbin Road. Nancy J. Figel, 59, 2368 St. Joe Road, Fort Recovery, struck a parked 1986 Chevy truck while driving eastbound. Mark J. Schoenherr, 49, 2329 state Route 119, Fort Recovery, had parked the vehicle at the bottom of a hill and gone into a nearby woods. Figel and a passenger, 10-year-old Tristin J. Kunkler, of Portland, Ind., were taken by ambulance to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater. Schoenherr was cited for parking on the roadway and his truck sustained moderate damage, according to Mercer County Sheriff's Office reports.
