Special Weather Statement issued January 14 at 2:54PM EST by NWS Wilmington OH (details ...)
Periods of light snow will occur this evening and through the overnight. While accumulating snow is expected to end before Thursday morning, falling temperatures and light snow accumulations of one to two inches will result in slick travel tonight and early Thursday.
Slick spots can be expected on roadways, especially bridges and overpasses. If traveling, allow for some extra time to reach your destination and be prepared for wintery driving conditions.
In addition to the snowfall, falling temperatures combined with increased winds will result in feels-like temperatures near zero Thursday morning. If heading outdoors, dress in multiple layers.

A trio of fishermen try their luck on a frozen pond along East Bank State Park in St. Marys on Monday afternoon. The ice on Grand Lake and other waterways will be disappearing a bit today with highs near 50. However, things will be changing quickly as Wednesday's low and high is 15 and 21, respectively, with high winds and rain turning to snow tonight.
