A strong low pressure system will track across West Virginia tonight. On the backside of the low, an arctic airmass will spread into the Ohio Valley. Brick will be applied to exterior walls of a new addition to The Center for Neurological Development in Burkettsville when weather improves. The 35-foot-by-83-foot structure will house a large therapy area with a carpeted creeping/crawling area, a state-of-the-art tactile program, a handicapped-accessible restroom, an evaluation room, offices and storage areas.
