Light snow will overspread the area from the northwest this morning. An increased coverage of snow showers is expected to develop this afternoon into the evening hours. Slick spots may develop on roads tonight as temperatures drop and northwest winds gust up to 30 mph. Coverage of snow showers is expected to decrease overnight before ending Monday morning. Most the area will see an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible in areas where heavier snow bands develop this afternoon into early evening.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Mary Miller
Mary L. Miller, 82, 310 Jill Ave., lot 111, Celina, died Feb. 12, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Nov. 28, 1925, in Altoona, Pa., to Elmer and Ruth Bell Hirst. On Aug. 17, 1946, she married Dale Miller, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are a son, Richard "Dick" (Cindy), Celina; a daughter, Christine (John) Poe, Jenera; a brother, Enos (Joyce) Hirst, South Pasadena, Calif.; a sister, Betty Jane Tuttle, Kansas City, Mo.; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased is a daughter, Patricia Ann.
She retired from Huffy's Bicycle Corp., Celina, and as a cook for Celina City Schools. She was a member of Neptune Church of God, the Gold Wing Roadrider Association and the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, both of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Revs. Tim Clutter and William Moorman officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 2-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the Neptune church.
