At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Marcella Siebert
Marcella K. Siebert, 80, 8985 Hellwarth Road, Celina, died Feb. 13, 2008, at her home.
She was born March 28, 1927, in Mercer County, to Edgar and Cora Hoenie Frahm. On Aug. 21, 1954, she married Lee A. Siebert, who died Oct. 9, 2003.
Surviving are four daughters, Ruth (William) Evers, Coldwater, Pat Siebert and Linda (Ron) Hoying, all of Celina, and Marie (Mike) Rose, Versailles; a sister, Marilyn Frahm, Celina; 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased is a brother, John.
She was retired from Hecht Insurance, Celina, and worked as a pollworker for the Mercer County Board of Elections. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Hopewell Township, Celina, where she served as a Sunday school and Bible school teacher and education secretary for WELCA, a women's organization of the church. She was a 1945 graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Debra L. Domeier officiating. Burial is at Buck Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
