* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

William Coomes
William Wakefield Coomes, 57, 110 Wild Cherry St., Celina, died at 7:35 a.m. Feb. 13, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Jan. 13, 1951, in Ravenna to Thomas and Edna Coomes. His father is deceased, and his mother survives in Lima. He was married for 37 years to Marilyn Siefer, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Bill, Forth Worth, Texas; a daughter, Linda, Celina; two brothers, Perry, Kenton, and Phil (Janie), Cairo; three sisters, Cathy, Bath, Sharon, Lima, and Theresa, Toledo; and three grandchildren.
He had worked at Joyce's Manufacturing in Muncie, Ind., and the former New Idea Farm Equipment Co., Coldwater. He graduated from Bath High School in Lima.
No funeral services are planned, and his body will be cremated.
A gathering is 5-8 p.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
