Sandra Noggler
Former Celina resident, Sandra Jo Noggler, 31, of Maysville, Ga., died April 5, 2008, at Barrow Regional Medical Center in Winder, Ga. Cause of death has not been determined.
She was born Aug. 16, 1976, in Van Wert, to Leo J. Noggler, who survives in Celina, and Rose M. Armstrong Poppe, who survives in Mendon.
Other survivors are her fiance, Ryan Sanning Sr., Maysville; a son, Ryan Sanning Jr., Maysville; three daughters, Courtney McDowell, Cora McDowell and Savannah Sanning, all at home; two brothers, Daniel (Teresa) South Boston, Va., and Donald (Vickie) Celina; three sisters, Tracy (Kevin) McDowell, Manchester, Lillie "Jeanie" (Carlton) Nusbaum, Celina, and Janice (Daniel) Fetters, Mendon.
She was a homemaker and attended Celina High School.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Lee Ellis officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is noon-2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
