Special Weather Statement issued December 3 at 1:05PM EST by NWS Wilmington OH (details ...)
Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Gordon Coffin of New Bremen and other members of the Tri County Coin Club were on hand at St. Marys Community Public Library on Thursday to display their collections and to evaluate coins brought in by the community. Coffin is examining his one-ounce gold, silver and platinum bullion coins. Platinum is currently bringing over $2000 an ounce. The club will hold another free coin evaluation in Celina on Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at the Mercer County Public Library.
