Areas of fog across the area this morning is reducing visibility to one mile or less in some locations. The fog will diminish in the mid to late morning. Until that occurs, motorists should slow down, use extra caution, and be prepared for changes of visibility along their route.

James Baker
James Earl Baker, 66, of 317 Cherry St., St. Marys, died at 9:55 a.m. April 23, 2008, at the Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind. Death was due to cancer and heart disease.
He was born Sept. 5, 1941, in Jellico, Tenn., to James H. and Margie Smith Baker. On April 10, 1984, he married Rita E. Walker-Caywood, who survives.
Other survivors are; three daughters, Kim (Chris) Cron, Celina, Lori (Michael) Baker, Wapakoneta, and Becky (John) Thomas, Twinsburg; two stepsons, Robert (Lillian) Caywood, Milford Center, and Matthew (Rebecca Roby) Caywood, New Bremen; two sisters, Stella Napier, Whitley City, Ky., and Elizabeth (Albert) Coffey, Stearns, Ky.; two sisters-in-law, Helen Baker, Celina, and Louise Baker, St. Marys; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Charlie and Arley; and a brother-in-law, Dave Napier.
He worked as a foreman for the former Ayers Asphalt & Paving Co., Celina.
Services are 7 p.m. Friday at the Miller Funeral Home the Rev. Michael Baker, officiating.
