Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Richard Moeller
Richard Lewis Moeller, 82, of 4669 Mud Pike, Celina, died at 11:59 a.m. May 15, 2008, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Dec. 1, 1925, in Montezuma to Henry and Eleanor Wilker Moeller. On Jan 11, 1947, he married Doris Margaret Muhlenkamp, who survives in Celina.
Other survivors are two sons, Dick (Karen), Dayton, and Steve (Linda), Maria Stein; three daughters, Janet Lefeld, Coldwater, Diana (Steve) Piehl, Cincinnati, and Judy (Short) Wilker, Celina; a sister Ellen (Andy) Kramer, Chickasaw; a brother-in-law, Richard Boeckman, Minster; a sister-in-law, Florie Moeller, Chickasaw; nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son-in-law, Ernest Lefeld; a brother, Arthur; a brother and his wife, Pete and Rita Moeller; a sister, Vera Boeckman; three sisters and their husbands, Vi and Vincent Ontrop, Dorothy and Gene Schoenlein and Verina and Cletus Tobe; and two grandchildren.
He was co-owner and operator of the former MSK Milk Hauling, Celina. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, both of Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and before 10 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
