The annual event held on the last day of school in Celina, is spearheaded by Celina Police and gives students a chance to throw thousands of water balloons at each other, get sprayed by a city fire department truck and enjoy pizza and pop. Prior to the water activities, and in conjunction with the "What's Holding You Back?" campaign, high school senior Adam Levi, 18, was awarded a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, donated by Kerns Auto Group.
