* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Martha Combs
Martha Doris "Ma" Combs, 86, 1001 Myers Road, Celina, died at 7:55 p.m. June 1, 2008, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 13, 1922, in London, Ky. to Arch and Lucille Johnson Tipton.
She married Willie Combs in 1936. He died in 1953.
Surviving are a son, Frank (Brenda), Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada; four daughters, Madelyn Grunden, Montezuma, Norma (Lester) Young, Brenda (Ed Jr.) Butterini and Rita (Bill) Craft, all of Celina; 22 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
She retired from the former Huffy Corp., Celina, and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary and the Loyal Order of Moose Auxiliary, all in Celina.
Deceased are a son Thomas, a daughter, Louise Baggs; and three brothers, Tom, George and Edward.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Cisco Funeral Home Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
