* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer. * WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. MINSTER - The Minster Historical Society will soon realize a longtime dream of having a museum in a visible location easily accessible to visitors of all ages.

It was a historic spring for the Celina softball team in 1999, but the 2008 version of the Bulldogs is hoping to rewrite the record books this weekend.
