The Rev. Louis Schmit, a resident of St. Charles Center in Carthagena, sprinkles holy water to bless the new 3,000-square-foot addition to the Center for Neurological Development in Burkettsville. The addition houses a large therapy room complete with in-floor trampoline, a long carpeted area where clients can creep/crawl, a state-of-the-art tactile program, an evaluation room, a handicapped accessible bathroom and offices.
