* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in many areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

Karle Huber, 9, of Celina worked on her first pair of high heels at the Arts in the Park 2008 project called clay shoes. The class, taught by Anna Talei Fisher, was held at the shelter house at Mercelina Park on Monday.
