* WHAT...Visibility near zero at times in dense fog. Some patchy freezing fog through daybreak is possible on bridges and elevated roadways.
* WHERE...Area-wide.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in many areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

An enhancement project is planned for an area of St. Henry, pictured above, along state Route 118 in the vicinity of the high school football stadium. The construction is meant to spruce up the east side of the highway from the intersection of state Routes 118 and 119, south to the corporation limit. No date has been set for completion. Funds were mainly provided through a $198,000 grant from the Ohio Department of Transportation.
