* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1045 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 421 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area, with numerous roads remaining closed due to high water. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

Mary Baggs
Mary B. Baggs, 90, 1301 Myers Road, Celina, died at 3:12 a.m. July 11, 2008, at The Gardens of Celina.
She was born March 20, 1918, in Celina to Abner and Beulah Desch Davis. On May 27, 1943, she married William Baggs, who died June 6, 2003.
Surviving are a son, Tom, of Florida.; three daughters, Peggy Sheaks, St. Marys, Nancy (Robert) May, Celina, and Susie (Mark) Stoner, Greenville; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, John; a brother, John Davis; a sister, Emma Lou Leet; and a son-in-law, Mike Sheaks.
She was a homemaker and a retired teacher at Immaculate Conception (IC) School, Celina. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina. She was a 1936 IC graduate and a Wright State University graduate with a teacher's degree.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be at a later date.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
