David Cordray, project manager with Digital Data Technologies Inc., demonstrates mapping equipment that will enhance Mercer County's 911 service to allow the location of cell phone callers to be pinpointed. The Columbus-based company has been hired to collect data and install the $200,000 mapping system with implementation expected in the fall.
