Coldwater Patrolman Luke Wolfe reacts after being hit with a Taser dry stun (without Taser cartridge) by Patrolman Kyle Silver during a demonstration at Monday night's Coldwater Village Council meeting. Wolfe then got his turn to use the Taser cartridge on Patrolman Silver. The Taser will not harm a person with heart problems, including someone with a pacemaker, Wolfe said.
