* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

Some patchy fog will linger this afternoon, but more widespread fog is expected tonight into Monday morning. Visibilities are likely to be reduced below one mile, with quarter mile or lower visibilities possible.
Isolated locations may observe temperatures at or just below freezing. If dense fog occurs in these locations, some slick spots may develop on elevated surfaces.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

Nelson Fogle
Former West Milton resident Nelson Fogle, 71, of Celina, died July 15, 2008, at his daughter's residence in Cleveland.
He was born Dec. 21, 1936, in West Milton to Ralph B. and Alice Bretland Fogle. He married Donna Norris, who died Oct. 12, 2006.
Survivors are a son, Brian (Cheryl), Laura; a daughter, Susan (Dan) Galli, Bay Village; a sister, Marjorie Kauffman, Huber Heights; and five grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Marilyn Klepinger.
He had worked at Trans World Airlines, Dayton, and retired from Wagner Paving, Laura. He was an elder at the Montezuma Church of Christ and a 1954 graduate of Milton-Union High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hale-Sarver Funeral Home, West Milton, the Revs. Chris Kauffman and Kevin Newman officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, West Milton.
Calling is 4-7 p.m Sunday at the funeral home.
