Behr, 71, of Fort Loramie, was driving northbound approaching a road construction area when she failed to observe the truck driven by Theodore M. Sealts, 70, of Columbus Grove, stopped at a red traffic signal. Her car struck the rear of the truck. Behr, who was taken by ambulance to Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys, was cited for an assured clear distance violation.
