* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in many areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

What's a festival without balloons. These young Celina Lake Festival goers smack their balloons around this morning while their mom checks out some bargains at local merchants' sidewalk sales on Main Street. Craft booths are also set up along Lake Shore Drive.
