* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

A youthful fan runs to give Dora the Explorer a hug during a Sunday afternoon appearance at the Auglaize County Fair. Time Warner Cable Television also plans to bring Scooby Doo to the fairgrounds at 2 p.m. Saturday. The famed cartoon character will be in the air-conditioned Junior Fair building before strolling the grounds. Auglaize County Fair officials believe the general admission price of $8 per day or $25 per week is also a bargain.
