Tyler Miller's new balloon hat matches his blue teeth that he got from eating a big blue slushie at the Auglaize County Fair on Tuesday. Juggler/balloon artist Mike Hemmelgarn made the balloon hat for Tyler, 8, who is a St. Marys resident.
