Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Bob Fisher
Bob A. Fisher, 83, of Lima died Aug. 1, 2008, at his home.
He was born Oct. 6, 1924, in Goshen Township, Auglaize County, to Ezra E. and Hazel L. Cockrell Fisher. On April 6, 1951, he married Shirley Marie Davis Cross, who died Dec. 21, 1992.
Surviving are two sons, Eddie (Linda), Lima, and Ezra, Minster; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, William; a sister, Nancy Ellen Endicott; and a son, William.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and had worked as operations manager for Powell company for 30 years before retiring in 1987. He was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1275 and Wapakoneta Eagles Lodge.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Chiles & Sons-Laman Funeral Home, Lima, the Rev. Larry Hopkins officiating. Burial is at Ada Woodlawn Cemetery, Ada, with military rites by the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
