With bags outstretched, 5-year-old twins Morgan and Dalton Walter of St. Marys wait for candy as the Marion Local High School Band marches down the Coldwater Community Picnic parade route Sunday afternoon. The youngsters collected an array of treasure ranging from candy and Frisbees to chip clips and campaign stickers. The parade was one of numerous events taking place during the weekend festival.
