Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Lennon Grillot
Lennon Ryan Grillot, infant son of Troy D. and Amy L. Schmerge Grillot, 197 W. First St., Minster, died at 11:15 p.m. Aug. 4, 2008, shortly after birth at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy.
Other survivors are a brother, Cooper, and two sisters, Victoria Lynn and Olivia Alice, all at home; grandparents, George and Linda, New Bremen, and James and Agnes Schmerge, St. Marys; great-grandparents, Richard Kupper, Wapakoneta, Alvin Schulze, St. Marys, and Alice Schmerge, Botkins.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster.
Private family services will be held in the chapel at St. Augustine Cemetery, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating.
Arrangements are being handled by N.J. Hogenkamp & Sons Funeral Home, Minster.
