* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Artfest

"Oops!," a large oil painting by Jessica Davis of New Knoxville was awarded Best of Show in the 19th annual St. Marys Summer Artfest 2008. Davis, a 2006 graduate of Interlochen's Art Academy in Michigan, will begin the fall semester in Florence, Italy, at the SACI Art Institute studying painting and art history. This summer she is director of art at the Rocky Mountain Easter Seals Camp in Colorado.
