* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

The Mercer County Fair kicks off its harness racing program on Sunday with a 1:30 p.m. card. Racing continues Monday and Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. with the Signature Series' Grand Lake Trot and Grand Lake Pace headlining each night's schedule.
