Some patchy fog will linger this afternoon, but more widespread fog is expected tonight into Monday morning. Visibilities are likely to be reduced below one mile, with quarter mile or lower visibilities possible.
Isolated locations may observe temperatures at or just below freezing. If dense fog occurs in these locations, some slick spots may develop on elevated surfaces.
When encountering fog, be sure to turn on low beam headlights, slow down, and increase following distance.

Tom Bachar
Tom Bachar Jr., 70, of Ponca City, Okla. died at 6 a.m. Aug. 17, 2008, at the Ponca City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
He was born Jan. 18, 1938, in Celina, to Thomas Leon and Ethel Ida Miller Bachar. In 1955, he married his first wife, Eleanor Anne Evans, who survives in Celina. On Jan. 18, 1981, he married Donna Grimm, who survives in Ponca City.
Other survivors are three sons Monty Dean, Woodridge, Va., Bret Lee (Bonnie), Ponca City, Alan Jay, Blackwell, Okla.; a daughter, Teresa (Kenny) Cornelius of North Carolina; a stepson, Charles Lee Grimm Jr., Ponca City; a stepdaughter, Susan Crank, Ponca City; parents-in-law, Madison and Bettie Cannon of Florida; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren,
After graduaton from Celina High School, he worked first for his father and then in the road construction industry in both Ohio and Oklahoma. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge.
Deceased are a son, Tom Robert III; a sister, Vera Stein; and a stepson-in-law, Tim Crank.
Memorial services are 10 a.m., Thursday, at Grace Memorial Chapel, Ponca City, the Rev. Paul Krueger of Woodlands Christian Church officiating
