Alex Rhodes, 29, of Fort Recovery, bows his head and weeps in Celina Municipal Court on Friday as charges are read aloud accusing him of stabbing two area men. Rhodes was charged with four counts of felonious assault, a second-degree felony. The two victims remain in serious condition as of Friday.
