* WHEN...From 7 AM Monday to 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting tonight and continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

A few hours of light snow are expected late this evening, mainly after 8 pm. While accumulations will be light, some challenging travel conditions may develop given the cold temperatures.
Additional snow may linger through Monday morning with accumulations remaining light. However, increasing winds and very cold temperatures will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.

Kenneth Suman
Kenneth L. Suman, 85, 206 South St., Willshire, died at 12:20 a.m. Oct. 7, 2008, at Van Wert County Hospital.
He was born Sept. 15, 1923, in Adams County, Ind., to Harry and Bessie Drummond Suman. On July 5, 1947, he married Mary Lou Stetler, who died April 12, 2003.
Surviving are four daughters, Marilyn (Jerry) Lautzenheiser, Becky (David) White, Rosie Pond, all of Willshire, and Rickie (John) Gamble, Rockford; a son Kevin (Becky), Willshire; four brothers, Gordon, Pennville, Ind., Rev. Floyd (Ellen), Ashland, Ky., Rev. Harold (Lorena), Defiance, and Donald (Jane), Decatur, Ind.; a sister, Ruth (Richard) Hurst, Decatur, Ind.; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are six brothers, Lester, Otho, John, Harry, Earl and Walter; a sister, Dora Mae Rayl; and a grandson.
He retired from the former International Harvester Corp., Fort Wayne, Ind., after 30 years service. He was a member of Praise Point Church, Willshire, and a U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II in the Italian and Western European Theaters, where he was awarded the Silver Star and attained the rank of Sergeant.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Mark Rutledge officiating. Burial is at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, and Friday one hour prior to service at the church.
