* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Anthony Ball
Anthony E. Ball, 56, 725 Hillcrest Drive, St. Marys, died Oct. 7, 2008, at his residence. An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death.
He was born July 6, 1952, in Lima to Harold J. and Donna Swinehart Ball. His father survives in Cridersville, his mother, Donna Boggs is deceased. His stepfather, John Boggs, survives in Continental. Also surviving are his parents-in-law Bud and Sally Feister, Wapakoneta. On May 16, 1992, he married Judy Kay Feister-Morelock, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Brandy Jo Hoard, Wapakoneta; three stepsons, James Wade (Janna) Seaman and Jerry (Christine) Seaman, all of Lima, and Rease (Neka) Morelock, Cincinnati; a stepdaughter, Kristal (Dusty) Fuerst, St. Marys; two brothers, John (Laurie), Spencerville, and Jamey (Amy), Defiance; three sisters, Robin (Gregg) Sigler, Defiance, Jonna (Neil) Grippa, Brooklyn, N.Y., and Julie (Michael) Valerio, Defiance; two granddaughters and numerous stepgrandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Aaron; and a grandson.
He worked in the maintenance department at Elmonte Plastics Co., Ohio City. He was a member of the Shekinah Temple and its men's prayer group, St. Marys, and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He graduated from Continental High School.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday, at the Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Robert Warren officiating.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
