Fall fun in Minster

More than 200 local residents came to Four Seasons Park Sunday evening for a Fall Harvest Festival co-sponsored by Francis J. Stallo Memorial Library and the village of Minster. Regan Wuebker has no problem ringing a Halloween pumpkin to win a prize.
