* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on roads.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Snow showers to continue this morning. Slick spots on area roads will be possible this morning with temperatures below freezing. Motorists can expect rapid changes in visibility when encountering some of the heavier snow showers. Northwest winds gusting up to 30 mph will add to the travel impacts due to blowing and drifting snow.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

Clifford Dietz
Clifford M. Dietz, 85, 405 S. Main St. Botkins, died at 9:30 p.m. Oct. 15, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 29, 1923, in Botkins, to Joseph and Elenora Schnippel Dietz. On June 12, 1948, he married Grace Bruggeman, who died May 6, 1992.
Surviving are eight children, Kathleen (Jim) Heitkamp, Houston, Janice (Lee) Wellman, New Knoxville, William Dietz, Robert (Lois) Dietz and Anita (Gary) Bornhorst, all of Botkins, Joyce Gehret, Anna, and Judith (Scott) Smith and Lisa (Ron) Elliott, all of Sidney; two sisters, Henrietta Knopp, Cincinnati, and Virginia Poeppelman, Botkins; a sister-in-law, Mary Dietz, Botkins; 27 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son-in-law, Nicholas Gehret; two brothers, Eugene and Charles; and three sisters, Genevieve Etgen, Rosella Martin and Luella Murphy.
He was a retired farmer and worked at Wagner Manufacturing, Sidney, from 1961 to 1986. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Botkins, where he was an usher and former president of the Men's Society.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Patrick Sloneker officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
