Cavs win poll championship
Photo by Dave Heirholzer/The Daily Standard

Coldwater football supporters run with the Cavaliers' flag at a home football game from earlier this year. Coldwater finished the season as the Division IV state football poll champion with a 10-0 record and 25 first-place votes. The Cavaliers won the Division IV poll championship for the third time in the last five years ending Youngstown Mooney's two-year reign at the top. The last time Coldwater's Cavaliers won the poll crown, in 2005, they also went on to win a playoffs title. Anna finished fifth in Division V while Marion Local was 10th in the same division.
