Irene Elsea
Irene Vick Elsea, 54, died Oct. 24, 2008, at Central Baptist Hospital, Danville, Ky. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Dec. 1, 1953, in Cincinnati, to Joe Pitts and former New Bremen resident Edna Dicke Vick. She married Chris Elsea, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Jason; and a daughter, Laura, both of Danville.
Deceased is a brother, Josiah P. Vick.
Services are 4:30 p.m. Friday at Centenary United Methodist Church, Danville, the Rev. Quentin Scholtz officiating. Burial is at the German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 3:30 p.m. Friday until time of service at the church.
Contributions can be made to eh Muscular Dystrophy Association, Lexington, Ky. or Backpack Kids at Community Friends Outreach, Danville, Ky.
Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, is handling arrangements.
