* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

LaVonne Dahl
LaVonne M. Dahl, 87, 1711 Winston Drive, St. Marys, died at 1:45 p.m. Oct. 29, 2008, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born July 2, 1921, in Barron County, Wis., to Ole and Lilly Nelson Lien. On Oct. 12, 1946, she married John Dahl, who died March 8, 1982.
Surviving are a daughter, Vicki (John) Reynolds, St. Marys; and a brother, Clifford Lien, Barron, Wis.
Deceased are her siblings, Ingram Lien, Olga Otto, Arthur Lien, Otis Lien, William Lien, Mable Laffoon, Sally Tulgren and Verna Mulder.
She had worked in a pharmacy in Monterey Park, Calif., and in a war factory during World War II. She was a member and volunteer of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Monterey Park, was active in the school PTA and was a Girl Scout leader. She graduated from a country school in Clear Lake, Wis., in 1939. She attended The Way International in New Knoxville.
Private family services will be held and burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Paris, Ark.
