New Knoxville Village Fire Department tested truck pumps Sunday morning to make sure the equipment is up to National Fire Protection Agency's standards, according to Captain Phil Marker. Firefighter Brooks Mason, above, oversees the operation of one of the village trucks as it pumps an arc of water into Grand Lake.
